The instant Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 26.05.2025 passed by the second respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have completed their Postgraduate course, as tabulated herein below:- Sl.

Name & Address PG College PG Course Batch Leprosy 3.1. It is the specific submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners that these petitioners joined in the postgraduate Course during May 2020, and they could not complete the course within a period of three years. However, they completed the course during May 2024. He would further submit that though they executed a bond for two years service, the Government vide G.O. (Ms) No.351, Health and Family Welfare (MCA-1) Department, dated 27.10.2023, has reduced the bond period for those who joined the course in the academic year 2020-2021 to one year, which is squarely applicable to these petitioners. This factum was further vindicated in the order dated 15.04.2025 in the Writ Petition in W.P.No.13100 of 2025 when it was disposed against the fourth and fifth petitioners therein. In paragraph 4 of the order, it has been clearly spelt out that these petitioners bond period is expiring in May 2025. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that they are entitled to get back their original certificates.
4. The above submission was fairly admitted by the learned Special 4/7
Counsel appearing for the respondents.
5. In view of the completion of the bond period in May 2025 and no posting order has been issued so far, the petitioners are entitled to get back the original certificates. Accordingly, the impugned order dated 26.05.2025 is hereby quashed as against these petitioners. The respondents are directed to return the original certificates of the petitioners within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. In the result, this Writ Petition is allowed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs. 20.08.2025 2/3 kv Index : Yes/No Speaking order /Non Speaking Order To
