This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 29.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.19605 of 2023 to report before the respondent police daily morning at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is working and staying in Chennai. He finds it difficult to comply with the condition i.e., to report before the respondent police daily morning at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Thus, he seeks modification of the bail condition.

3. In the circumstances stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the conditions imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19605 of 2023 dated 29.08.2023 i.e., report before the respondent police daily morning at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is modified to the effect that petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, J 9 Thoraipakkam Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
