The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offence punishable under Sections 406, 120(B) and 420 IPC in Crime No.42 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He also submitted that this is the second anticipatory bail filed before this Court, already Crl.O.P.No.10283 of 2024 was dismissed by this Court on 07.06.2024. Hence, he prays for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that, sofar 105 complaints have been received. Totally a sum of Rs.1,17,00,000/- was cheated. The accused have used the amount to buy properties. He further submitted that no amount has been recovered and the investigation is not completed. 4. Considering the submissions made by both side counsels and the amount has not yet recovered and the investigation is not completed and it required detailed enquiry, and there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
