Even on 19.10.2023, there is no appearance for the petitioner.

2. The matter has been adjourned earlier for 5 occasions.

The only relief sought is to modify that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

3. It is a condition which is required to appear before the respondent Police till the investigation is completed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
