The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent police to to register the complaint dated 07.03.2022.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 and 2.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint by alleging job racketing committed by the accused. But, so far, no action has been taken by the 2nd respondent and no FIR has been registered.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the current paper enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R No.978 of 2022 on the complaint given by the petitioner and during the course of the enquiry, a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- was returned to the petitioner and further enquiry is pending in this regard.

5. Since the complaint has been given as early as on 07.03.2022, it is obligatory on the part of the 2nd respondent to complete the same as early as possible and do the needful in accordance with law.
6. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry initiated by him in C.S.R No.978 of 2022, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and do the needful in accordance with law.
