ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to provide adequate police protection in order to comply with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.3779 of 2022 dated 24.02.2022.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material available on record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has got an order dated 24.02.2022 in W.P.No.3779 of 2022 to measure the boundaries in respect of property comprising in Survey Number 484/6 and T.S.No.32, WardD, block No-39 in Kalparapatty village, Salem District to an extent of about 4360 sq.ft., and the petitioner also made arrangement to survey the property with the help of the Government Surveyor.
4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the adjacent land owners namely Palaniammal and others had prevented the petitioner from measuring the properties. In view of that the petitioner has filed a petition dated 03.05.2022 before the Superintendent of Police, Salem District, seeking police protection and
that was not considered.
5. Mr.S.Santhosh, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondents submitted that on the representation given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry has been initiated in CSR.No.206 of 2022 and the same is pending for enquiry.
6. Since the petitioner has come out with the representation in pursuance of the order of this Court, I feel it is appropriate to direct the second respondent to complete the enquiry and do the needful in accordance with law within a period of two weeks.
With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. The second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and do the needful in accordance with law. No costs.
