ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 30.08.2023 vide Na.Ka.No.12883/ A7/2023 passed by the 3rd respondent based on petitioners representation dated 28.08.2023 given to the 2nd respondent and quash the same and to redeploy the petitioner from Government Higher Secondary School, Mettur Dam, Salem District to Model School, Pethanaickenpalayam, Periya Krishnapuram, Salem District.
2. The petitioner was originally working as Post Graduate Mathematics teacher at fourth respondent school and he has been deputed to Mettur/fifth respondent School, which is 100 kilometers away. Therefore, in this regard, he has given a representation to reconsider the deputation, the same has been rejected. Challenging the same, this writ petition is filed.
3. At the outset, this Court is of the view that the deputation or 2/4
transfer is all made in the administrative exigencies, therefore, the petitioner as a matter of right cannot challenge such transfer order.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
