PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records relating to the detention order passed by the second respondent in BCDFGISSSV No.92/2024 dated 13.08.2024 against the petitioner's son Gopi, S/o.Srinivasan, Male, aged 26 years, the detenu herein now confined in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai and to set aside the detention order and direct the respondents to produce and physically bring the body of the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty.
