PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records relating to the detention order passed by the 2nd respondent in BCDFGISSSV No.93/2024 dated 13.08.2024 against the petitioner husband Magbul Basha @ Bablu S/o. Mohamed Khan, male aged 24 years the detenu herein now confined in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai and to set aside the detention order and direct the respondent to produce and physically bring the body of the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) Mr.E.Raj Thilak, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the impugned order of detention has already been revoked by the competent Authority vide G.O.Rt.No.6867, Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department dated 30.09.2024.
Thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken and the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
