This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8076 of in Crl.O.P.No.9625 of 2023 dated 16.06.2023 to report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate-III, Salem, and the same has not been taken on file.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8076 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9625 of 2023 dated 16.06.2023 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate on receipt of summons.
