Karaikal Port Pvt. Ltd., v. M/S. Marg Limited,
W.M.P.No.30730 of 2019 W.M.P. No.30730 of 2019 in W.P. No.8592 of 2015 T.RAJA, J.
The petition has been filed to clarify the common order dated 08.06.2018 passed in W.P. No.8592 of 2015.
2.Heard Mr.N.Muralikumaran representing for Mr.Akhil R.Bhansali, learned counsel appearing for R1, Mrs.N.Mala, learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) appearing for R2, Mr.Rajendran Raghavan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for R3, Ms.Subhalakshmi Samanta representing for M/s.Samanta & Ston, learned counsel appearing for R4 and Mr.S.Ravi representing for Ms.S.Indumathi Ravi, learned counsel appearing for R9. 3.Since the cause title has been mis-constructed in the memo of compromise, namely, the Indian Bank and Karaikal Port Private Limited have been wrongly shown as R3 & R2 instead of R2 and R4, there may be misinterpretation of the common order passed by this Court. Hence, a clarification of the same is sought for in this petition. As the cause title has been mis-constructed inadvertently, the petition is ordered as prayed for. 27.11.2019 vga T.RAJA,J.
