A.No.87 of 2023 is filed to condone the delay of 253 days in seeking to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 4th plaintiff in the above suit.

2.A.No.88 of 2023 is filed to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 4th plaintiff in the above suit.

3.A.No.89 of 2023 to permit the applicants to bring on record the 1st to 6th applicants as 5th to 10th plaintiffs in the above suit.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits, these applications are allowed.

5.Learned counsel for the plaintiff is required to carry out necessary amendment in the plaint today.
