This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 13.04.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. On a reading of the complaint dated 13.04.2016, it is seen that the petitioner has not even stated as to when money was paid to the opposite party.
The dispute essentially appears to be money transaction and hence, no positive direction can be given to the police to register a case.
In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
