ORDER
1.This Writ Petition has been been filed in the nature of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records relating to the order No.M.Mu.No.1577/2019/A1 dated 15.07.2019 passed by the respondent, Tahsildar, Uthukkuli Taluk, Tiruppur District. By the said order, the Tahsildar had stated that the petitioner Saravana Gounder, who had applied for legal heir certificate of his father, Seeranganatha Gounder who had died on 25.03.1930, had to approach the appropriate Forum/ Court to obtain such certificate since his father had expired long back. 2.The petitioner had sought the legal heir certificate of his father. According to him, his father died on 25.03.1930, which was registered on 29.03.1930. He had also obtained Death Certificate of his father on 24.10.2018 from the Sub Registrar, Uthukkuli. He wanted the legal heir certificate of his father Seeranganatha Gounder. However this was rejected. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.The learned counsel for the Petitioner stated that the Tahsildar, Uthukkuli Taluk, had, through the Village Administrative Officer made further enquiries with the petitioner and his family members.
4.The statement made across the bar is recorded and consequently the order dated 15.07.2019, is set-aside and the Tahsildar, Uthukkuli taluk in Tiruppur District is directed to pass further orders on the basis of the enquiry now being conducted by him through the Village Administrative Officer and a fresh order may be passed on or before 15.02.2020.
