This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to set aside the order dated 22.09.2017 in Crl. M.P. No.6565 of 2017 in C.C. No.125 of 2009 on the file of Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-IV George Town, Chennai.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as the case in C.C. No.125 of 2009 has been disposed of by the Court below, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudications.
