ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint and investigate the matter on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 19.08.2015 in CSR No.273/CSR/W22/AWPS/MYP/2015, in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.273/CSR/W22/AWPS/MYP/2015 before the respondent. 4.

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [(2014) 4 SCC 1, otherwise, the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.
