The petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that (c) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on alternate days at 10.30 am for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17977 of 2024 dated 31.07.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
