2. By order dated 10.06.2016, this Court had directed the trial Court to recall P.W.4 for the purpose of cross examination by the accused, on payment of costs of Rs.1,000/-.

3. Today, when the matter was called, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that P.W.4 appeared before the trial Court and she was paid costs of Rs.1,000/- and was cross examined by the learned counsel for the accused.

The above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is recorded.
