When the matter is taken up for the hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in view of the subsequent developments happened during the pendency of this Writ Petition, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition and requested to dismiss this Writ petition as infructuous.
2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
