The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation imposed in Crl.M.P.No.10946 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.6444 of 2024, dated 01.08.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and investigation is also completed.

3. Considering the fact that petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also considering that the investigation is also almost completed, hence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
