The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner ie., the petitioner report before the respondent police, every Saturday at 10.30 am., for the period of four months in Crl.M.P.No.10979 of 2024 dated 01.08.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
