2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that a final report has been filed in C.C.No.297 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that a final report has been filed, this Court is of the view that the disobedience could not be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
