ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the first respondent pertaining to his proceedings in A.P.No.127 of 2021 dated 11.09.2023 and quash the same and consequently, allow the approval petition filed by the petitioner Management in A.P.No.124 of 2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent has been reinstated into service, in view of the settlement entered into between the petitioner Management and the second respondent.

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
