This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash all further proceedings in Crime No.05/2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, EOW, Kancheepuram.

2. Heard Mr.C.Santhosh Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for first respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has already been completed and a draft charge sheet is ready in this case.

4. In view of the above development, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the First Information Report at this stage. There shall be a direction to the first respondent to file the final report before the concerned Court within a period of four (4) weeks. If ultimately, the concerned Court takes cognizance of the final report and summons is issued to the petitioner and if the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to 2/4

law.
