This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in FIR in Cr.No.161 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Tirupattur Town Page No.1 of 4
Police Station, Tirupattur, Vellore District.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent police submits that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report filed in CC.No.212 of 2021 has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Thirupathur.
3. In view of the completion of the investigation and filing of charge sheet, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, the petitioner is at liberty to participate in the trial and raise all the points which he made in this petition and contest the case.
