Writ Petition No.10945 of 2017 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned seniority list dated 14.02.2017 in Na.Ka.No.3623/Panchayat/2016 3rd respondent and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and revise the seniority list by placing the petitioner after Anthony John Britto in SI.No.31 and before Saravana Kumar in SI.No.32 as per the date of appointment of the petitioner and as per the list sent by the TNPSC.
Writ Petition No.10946 of 2017 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned seniority list dated 14.02.2017 in Na.Ka.No.3623/Panchayat/2016 3rd respondent and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and revise the seniority list by placing the petitioner after Rajakannan in SI.No.18 and before Madhavan in SI.No.19 as per the date of appointment of the petitioner and as per the list sent by the TNPSC.
