O R D E R
The contempt is filed to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of the order dated 12.04.2019 passed in W.P.No.10722 of 2019. This Court passed an order is as follows:
"9. Accordingly, respondents 1,3 and 4 are directed to submit the pension proposals and all necessary documents to the competent authority namely the 2nd respondent, enabling the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders for settlement of the terminal and retirement benefits to the writ petitioner. The said exercise is to be done by all the respondents within a period of 12 weeks from the date or receipt of a copy of this order."
2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent now made a submission that the order passed by this Court on 12.04.2019 is implemented and the amounts due to the contempt petitioner had already been settled. However, the learned counsel for contempt petitioner raised an objection that some more amount is to be settled in favour of the contempt petitioner.
3. This Court is of an opinion that if there is any calculation error or otherwise, the petitioner is at liberty 2/4
to submit a fresh representation to the authorities concerned and the calculation and other eligibility criteria shall be verified and accordingly a decision may be taken if any application is submitted by the petitioner.
