COMMON PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 25.04.2016 in accordance with law. For Petitioners : Mr.P.Kalimuthu For Respondents : Mr.C.Emalias Additional Public Prosecutor COMMON ORDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent-Police to register a case on the complaint dated 25.04.2016, given by the petitioners.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. When the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that several complaints are pouring in against the opposite party by various https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
victims, and therefore, the police are contemplating to register a regular case, based on the complaint given by the first person.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and take action in accordance with law.
With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
