This application is filed by third party applicants to implead themselves as defendants in the suit.

2. The suit is filed for purposes of framing a scheme in terms of Section 92 of the Code of Civil Procedure. The applicants have stated in t he affidavit in support of the application that they intend to place on record material facts which would enable the effective adjudication of all issues arising in the suit. Keeping in mind the nature of the suit and the averments in the affidavit, this application is liable to be allowed. Consequently, this application is allowed as prayed for. The plaintiffs are directed to carry out the consequential amendments in the plaint on or before 14.12.2022 and serve a copy of the amended plaint on the defendants. 08.12.2022 (2/2) 1/3
