J U D G M E N T

This Appeal Suit has been preferred challenging the judgment and decree dated 13.07.2016 made in O.S.No.2482 of 2015 passed by the learned XVIII Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the appellant/defendant and the leaned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff submitted that the dispute between the parties, has been amicably settled out of Court. Both the parties are present and a Memo of Compromise dated 01.12.2021 is filed to that effect. The compromise memo is read out to the parties and they accepted the terms of compromise. The terms of compromise are recorded.

3. In view of the compromise memo filed, this Appeal Suit is allowed as settled out of Court and the judgment and decree dated 13.07.2016 made in O.S.No.2482 of 2015 on the file of the learned XVIII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, is set aside. The Memo of Compromise shall form part of the decree. Registry is directed to refund 2 / 4
