ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the petitioners' complaint dated 12.06.2015, to investigate the same and to file a final report before the appropriate Court, the petitioners have come up with this petition. 2.On the complaint dated 12.06.2015 given by the petitioners, the Inspector of Police, H-3, Maraimalai Nagar Police Station, Kancheepuram District, has conducted an enquiry and found that the transaction has been taken place within the jurisdiction of Chennai City and therefore, the petition enquiry conducted was closed advising the petitioners to approach the jurisdictional Police in Chennai City. He further submitted that a copy of the closure report dated 09.06.2016 is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioners across the bar. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedies in the manner known to law.
