By consent of both the learned counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself.

The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to take appropriate action and speedily dispose the Petitioner's representation dated 04.07.2025 and direct the 3rd respondent to issue a Transfer Certificates of the petitioner's children Vinil and Devamithra.

3. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has applied for Transfer Certificates of his two children namely Vinil and Devamithra with 3rd respondent. However, the 3rd respondent rejected same vide order dated 11.07.2025 on the ground that the petitioner's wife requested the Management not to give Transfer Certificates to anybody else except herself. It is the submission of the petitioner that the petitioner being a Natural Guardian, he is entitled to get the Transfer Certificatea from the 3rd respondent. Therefore, would seek an order of Mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to issue Transfer Certificates. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would fairly submit that there is a matrimonial discord between himself and his wife.

5. Therefore, it is apparent that there is dispute between the husband and wife. In view of the existing dispute, this Court is not inclined to pass any direction to the 3rd respondent to issue Transfer Certificates. However, the petitioner is given liberty to workout his remedy before the appropriate 3/6

forum.

6. In the result, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. 12.08.2025 Index : Yes/No Speaking order /Non Speaking Order dm 4/6
