Though this Court vide orders dated 12.07.2022 directed the Registry to convert the criminal revision case into criminal appeal till date the same has not been done by the Registry. Therefore, the Registry is directed to convert the criminal revision case into criminal appeal. The grounds of revision raised in the criminal revision case shall be considered as the grounds of appeal.

List the matter on 29.04.2024.
