O R D E R
Writ Petition is filed by one of the alleged victim, who has lost money to the first accused, who has promised job in the Anna University and received money.
2. According to the petitioner, accused not yet been arrested and there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, look out circular must be issued.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, first accused, who is the former Vice Chancellor of Anna University is cooperating with the investigation and his bank account already been freezed. He further submitted that, for the sake of investigation, some of the documents which are now filed in the civil suit initiated by A2 is required and necessary action is taken to collect those document and send 2/4
it for forensic opinion.
4. In the light of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is of the view that, there is no necessity to issue look out circular, since his availability and co-operation for investigation not been any manner tampered or disturbed.
5. Accordingly, Writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous 24.11.2023 Index : Yes/No Sma Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.
