ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed, seeking a direction to V Additional District Judge, Coimbatore, to dispose of E.P.No.53 of 2019 in O.S.No.570 of 2010 within a stipulated period fixed by this Court.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose of the revision, even without notice to the respondent.

3. The petitioner herein filed a suit for declaration and recovery of possession in O.S.No.570 of 2010 and obtained a decree against the respondent. The said decree was put into execution in E.P.No.53 of 2019.

4. The perusal of the E-Court entry filed in the typed set of papers would suggest that in the execution petition, the counter of the 2 / 4

respondent was filed as early as on September 2019 and the EP was posted for arguments as early as on 10.03.2021 and thereafter, the matter has been adjourned from time to time without any substantial progress.

5. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Executing Court to dispose of EP.No.53 of 2019 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
