DECREE:This Second Appeal came up for hearing on this day and upon perusing the grounds of appeal and the Judgments and Decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of first instance and the material records of this case and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.Muthukumar, Advocate for the Appellant Mr.S.Sounthar, Advocate for the 1st Respondent, and of Mr.S.

Vijay Anand, Advocate for the Respondents 2 to 4, submitted that the both parties have settled their differences and having entered into a joint memorandum of Compromise between themselves and filed a Joint Memorandum of compromise dated 02/09/2021 and requesting this Court to pass a final Decree in these Second Appeals in terms thereof and the Joint Memo of Compromise was duly signed by both Appellant and Respondents as well as by their respective Advocates appearing for both sides and recording the Said Joint memo of Compromise and while disposing of these Second Appeals, doth settled interms thereof judgment and Decree as follows:- i)That the Selvanayagam, Ulaganayagi, Sundari and Meenakshi do agree that the said Maruthavanan, or any person claiming under him can exclusively enjoy the suit property in O.S.No.

the said Selvanayagam, Ulaganayagi, Sundari, and Meenakshi or anybody claiming through them, and ii)That there be no costs in this Second Appeal. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CCC) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar To 1.The Additional Subordinate Judge Additional Sub Court, Mayiladuthurai.
