ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, learned counsel on both sides submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties.

2. However, looking into the interim order passed by this Court on 09.07.2025, since the dues have been settled, the respondent Bank is directed to issue a 'no encumbrance certificate' and also inform CIBIL about the same, forthwith.

3. With the above direction, the writ petition stands closed. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP No.30223 and 30224 of 2024 are closed.
