O R D E R

In respect of the property in issue, it is noted that the suits laid by the petitioner as well as the counter petitioner namely the third respondent herein, are pending. It is further noted that the complaint lodged by the petitioner as against the counter petitioner is pending before the Bar Council of Tamilnadu and Pondicherry. In such view of the matter, when the parties are before various forums in respect of the property in dispute, the petitioner is directed to work out his remedy before the Civil Court for appropriate remedy qua the property in issue.

2. In the light of the abovesaid factors, at this stage of the matter, this Court is not inclined to exercise the jurisdiction under section 482 CrPC. Resultantly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
