Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3844/E4/02, dated 5.5.2004 of the first respondent and consequent Office Order dated 23.06.2004 of the second respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to pay to the petitioner the arrears of salary and other allowances admissible for the post of Tamil Lecturer, for the period the petitioner worked as a Tamil Lecturer in the second respondent's college i.e., 21.06.2001 to 23.06.2004.
