This writ petition had been filed to call for the concerned records relating to order F.No.382/PRTC/ Admn./2011/ 290 passed by the 2nd respondent by order dated 16.3.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with all consequential monetary and other service benefits. 2.The learned counsel for the respondents made a submission that the petitioner had already been reinstated and thus, no further adjudication is 2/4
