Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th Respondent to survey the property bearing Door No.56, (old No.12), Mettu Street, Agraharam, Korattur, Chennai - 76, comprised in Survey No.111 (Old Survey No.385/1 Part), Korattur Village, Ambattur Taluk, Chennai District measuring an extent of 1518 square feet and fix the boundaries.

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to survey the property bearing Door No.56, (old No.12), Mettu Street, Agraharam, Korattur, Chennai - 76, comprised in Survey No.111 (Old Survey No.385/1 Part), Korattur Village, Ambattur Taluk, Chennai District measuring to an extent of 1518 square feet and fix the boundaries.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while pending the writ petition, the 4th respondent surveyed the subject land.

3. Recorded the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
