ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner has filed this petition seeking issuance of directions for removal of certain constructions which are alleged to be made/being made by seventh respondent on petitioner's land.

2. Since the present is a case alleging encroachment on petitioner's private land by a private party, the remedy lies in filing a suit and not a petition before this Court.
