ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to conduct the enquiry against the 3rd to 5th respondents as per the complaint dated 17.09.2019.

2. The petitioner lodged complaint dated 17.09.2019 before the 1st and 2nd respondents for illegal transaction in respect of execution of documents registered vide Document Nos.6401/2018 and 6405/2018 by the 4th and 5th respondents herein and it is pending on the file of the 2nd respondent herein.

3. Considering the above, the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint made by the petitioner dated 17.09.2019, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, 4th and 5th respondents and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
