(i) appointing and declaring the petitioner as the legal guardian of the person of the minor child, 'A.Karunya', and (ii) also to have the sole and permanent custody of the minor female child, A.Karunay aged about 4 years to the petitioner and pass order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and necessary in the circumstances of the petition.

ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, both side parties present along with their respective counsels. They also filed a Joint Compromise Memo dated 05.01.2026, which has been duly signed by the petitioner and the respondent and also by their respective counsels.

2. This Court perused the Joint Compromise Memo and also enquired the parties about the compromise. They also admitted the compromise arrived at between them. As per the Joint Compromise Memo, the matter has been settled between the parties. Therefore, recording the above said Joint Compromise Memo, this Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected applications are closed.

3. The Joint Compromise Memo shall form part of the decree in OP No.627 of 2024.
