O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 01.04.2015 and 22.02.2016 and for a consequential direction to the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into the service as Office Assistant in the 2nd respondent department immediately. On consent of the both the parties, this case is taken for disposal at the time of stage of admission.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that he was engaged as a daily wage employee and his salary was shown to have been paid at Rs.4,500/- (Rupees Four Thousand Five Hundred) per month, but he has been paid only a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) per month. When the same was questioned by him, he was disengaged from the work. Against the same, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner made a representation to the second respondent on 01.04.2015 and 22.02.2016 with a prayer to reinstate him into service, but the same is yet to be disposed of. Hence he has come to this Court seeking for the aforesaid relief.

4. Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, no useful purpose would be served in asking for counter affidavit. Hence, this Court is of the view that this Writ Petition can be disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, if the representation submitted by the petitioner is pending, the second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of such representation.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
