Consequently, C.M.P.No.25252 of 2023 is dismissed.

2. Both the parties would submit that they are ready to settle the issue and the matter may be referred for Mediation. Post the matter before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madras High Court on 02.01.2024.
