O R D E R

Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to forthwith reinstate the petitioner in service as a Bar Attender in the TASMAC Wine Shop by considering and passing order on the last representation of the petitioner dated 22.01.2013.

2. Heard both sides and perused the records. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The case of the petitioners is that the petitioner was appointed as Bar Attender on 24.02.2004 in the TASMAC Wine Shop No. 1895 at No. 3, F1 Bungalow Road, Zammen Uthukuli, Pollachi. While in service, the petitioner was terminated from service in January'2010 orally and without any notice or reasons. There were no complaints on the petitioner during his service. The petitioner has been making several representations to the respondent from the 2010 and lastly on 22.01.2013. Since no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

action has been taken by the respondent till date, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted in a similar case, this Court by its order dated 23.01.2014 in W.P. No. 11878 of 2013 has directed the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the respondent along with the earlier representation and directed the respondent to consider and pass orders. Subsequently, the he was reinstated into service.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has further submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioners dated 22.01.2013

Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and in view of the directions issued by this Court in a similar case, this Court hereby directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2013 if it is available and not disposed of already and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
