2.The notice has been served on both the parties.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for allowing this petition.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 151 days is condoned on condition that the learned counsel for the appellant is directed to pay a cost of Rs.500/- to the learned counsel for the first respondent.

5. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

6. Registry is further directed to print the name of Mr.S.Murugan, learned counsel for the first respondent in the cause list, at the time of admission.

7. Post the matter on 23.01.2023.
