C.M.P.Nos.18572, 18574 & 18575 of 2022 C.M.P.Nos.18572, 18574 & 18575 of 2022 in S.A.No.180 of 2007 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., C.M.P.No.18572 of 2022 has been filed to condone the delay of 4912 days in setting aside abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent, namely Palani.

2. C.M.P.No.18574 of 2022 has been filed to set aside abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent, namely Palani.

3. C.M.P.No.18575 of 2022 has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 9 to 13 herein as legal representatives of deceased 2nd respondent, namely Palani and array them as respondents 11 to 15 in the above Second Appeal.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

5. Though notice has been served on the proposed respondents 9 to 13 and their names are also printed in the cause list, there is no representation on their behalf either in person or through counsel.

6. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, in C.M.P.Nos.18572, 18574 & 18575 of 2022 are ordered.
