This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 3854 days in filing the criminal revision as against Judgment dated 09.01.2015 passed in C.A.No.2 of 2014 on the file of I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Salem confirming the conviction and sentence in the judgment dated 06.12.2013 made in STC No.1185 of 2008, on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 3854 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
